There goes Monday

As the grey Morning rise disturbs your gaze,
You negate all happiness possible for you today,
Old memories of past horrors,
The long meeting last week,
An old fight with a loved one,
The rain adds to your pain,
Trudge thru you must to get thru this feast of delay and laze,
You peers share your hatred.
Heads down,
Convo slow,
Eyes with bags,
You don't even bother a search for good,
You feel tricked by nature,
And insult her with your sulk,
You think of revenge,
Drinks and smiles later in the week,
You dream of the possibilities awaiting you,
Ignoring the eerieness of the day,
You make your journey home don't make it,
You die,
And there goes your Monday.
